David Glanville, apart from writing, specializes in business brokerage advisory and commercial real estate advisory. With extensive experience as a practicing business broker, David has successfully guided countless transactions and developed comprehensive systems for business transactions, deal mediation, and client management.


Currently David is focused on the Buy-side of the business transaction.


David holds a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional destination, is a Senior Accredited Business Broker, a Certified Mediator, a Licensed {Commercial} Real Estate Broker, and holds a B.S. in Accounting. David wrote this book to assist the real estate community in knowing that they can do more than real estate and how to do it. This book is the sales level knowledge of business brokerage.
